I am an Assistant Association Manager to a 60 unit townhome community located in Knightdale, NC. After reviewing several bids with the Board of Directors, PPE was chosen to perform the power washing and gutter cleaning for the community. The choice was based off the pricing, professionalism, and promptness PPE provided when requesting information regarding services. Our company manages more than 160 Homeowners Association across the Triangle so I’m all too familiar with receiving complaints from residents when services such as power washing and gutter cleaning are completed within the community. For the first time, I had numerous residents go out of their way to COMPLIMENT the work that had been done to the units! I received several emails and calls, including from the Board of Directors, that expressed gratitude for a great job completed by PPE. In my line of work, it’s nice to hear praise for a job well done and PPE made sure that was done with the quality of work completed and with the care and professionalism you can appreciate. Needless to say, we have and will continue to use PPE for upcoming jobs in this community as well as others!
